Donavan Dichter, B.S., MBA, is a commercial strategist who has worked with some of the dental industry’s most prominent brands, including KaVo, Metrex, Dexis, Kerr, Nobel BioCare, and ClearChoice Dental. Donavan has served in high-impact executive roles, directing the sales, marketing, and business development efforts for multiple businesses from Fortune 150 to early-stage start-ups. He is experienced in Danaher Business Systems (DBS), specializing in digital and social media marketing, data analytics, and building omnichannel go-to-market strategies that drive exceptional revenue growth.

Donavan credits much of his professional success to his early career in sales, where he learned the importance of listening to the customer, while earning multiple President’s Club awards.

Donavan resides in Orange County, CA. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
